5 things to do for Galentine’s Day

Happy Galentine’s, girls! We love getting to spend time with our sisters and other panhellenic women and this is a great holiday to do some super cute things with your best girls! Grab a friend and have fun.  
 
1. Make a dessert charcuterie board What is better than a dessert spread of a bunch of yummy treats? NOTHING. Get your girl gang together and bake cookies, dip those strawberries, and enjoy! 

2.  Buy your gal pals flowers 
We all know surprise flowers can make anyone’s day. Why not surprise your bestie on Galentine’s! Run to Auburn Flowers, Flowersmith’s or even Kroger to make her day.  

3. Brunch 
One word- BRUNCH. Get dressed up and meet your girls for brunch at Lucy’s, Hamilitons, or The Hound. Support a local restaurant and have fun!  

4. Go shopping downtown  
Who doesn’t love a shopping trip? Visit local stores like Behind the Glass, Charming Oaks, and Therapy with your besties for a fun Valentine’s outfit. Wear your Bid Day Jersey on 2/13-14 and get 20% off at Behind The Glass! 

 5.  Go on a walk and talk 
Auburn is one of the best places to go on a walk! Dress warm and walk around campus or a local park. Town Creek is a great option! Grab your girls and go catch up.
