2016 Cabinet Spotlight: Director of Scholarship

Meet your Director of Scholarship, Abbye Rhodes! 

Abbye is a junior from Knoxville, Tennessee, majoring in public relations and minoring in business. 

As director of scholarship, she works with sorority scholarship chairs to make sure that Panhellenic women are succeeding in the classroom. She also plans convocation, facilitates sorority awards, and selects recipients for Panhellenic scholarships. 

When asked about her role, Abbye said, "I enjoy being Director of Scholarship because I love getting to work with sorority presidents in the spring, and I think it is so important that as Panhellenic women, we value academic success just as much as social success."

Fun facts: Abbye has 7 screws in her ankle from breaking her leg last year, she knows every word to the rap musical Hamilton, and she's a golf cart driver on campus.
